Dear Friends,

For the summer I am only teaching Tuesdays, noon to 7pm, then we will power walk to the band concert in the park. The cost is to bring in a sunflower pass and pay whatever you can.

I will also be teaching on Saturday mornings from 8-11:30am and then power walking somewhere healthy to eat. I suggest the new place at the Eckles Mall on 2nd, The Safe, but anywhere people are interested in going is fine. You know me and the importance of eating places where I can exist with Peace about me.

We have a giant sunflower painted on the Studio Door now. Come on up and see it. It's just perfect.

May we be like the Kansas Sunflower and let our eyes follow the Sun (Son) for strength, direction, and help.
